What we collect through this website

When you send an enquiry we receive what you type into the form: your name, phone number, email address, where and when you want to travel, how many people are travelling and your message. Please do not include health or medical details in the form.

To stop spam, we briefly keep a one-way code made from your internet (IP) address. It is kept for one hour and is not your IP address itself.

Why we use it

We use your details to answer your enquiry and give you a quote. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Spam checks are in our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)) in keeping the form working.

How long we keep it

We don’t keep a copy on the website. Your enquiry is emailed to our bookings mailbox. We keep it for 12 months if you don’t book with us, and for 6 years if you do, for accounting and legal reasons.

Who we share it with

Hostinger hosts our website and email. If you book with us, we share the details needed for your trip with airlines, consolidators, ATOL holders, hotels and other travel suppliers. We never sell your details.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies or tracking for visitors and has no analytics. The Google Maps link opens Google’s own website, where Google’s privacy policy applies.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or ask us to limit it. Contact us using the details above.

Please contact us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
